These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Tts Store website (https://ttsstore.in/) and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns & Exchange policy.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tts Store, and "you" means the person using the website or placing an order.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• You will not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Tts Store sells first-copy, replica-style footwear inspired by popular sneaker designs. Our products are not original branded products, and they are not manufactured, sold, licensed or endorsed by the companies whose designs or names they may resemble. Any brand or model names used on the website are only to describe the design style.

We try to show every product accurately. Small differences in colour, finish or packaging from the photos can occur and are not considered defects.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and offers can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Our acceptance of your order happens when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot verify a cash-on-delivery order. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund you in full.

You can pay online by UPI using the QR shown at checkout (prepaid orders get ₹150 off on every pair), or choose cash on delivery where available. Cash-on-delivery orders need a ₹200 advance paid by UPI to confirm the order; the advance is adjusted in your total and you pay the balance on delivery. Orders are confirmed only after you upload the payment screenshot and we verify the payment. For cash-on-delivery orders, please keep the exact balance amount ready. We may limit cash on delivery for some orders, addresses or customers with past refused deliveries.

Shipping is free across India, and orders are delivered in 3–5 working days to every pincode. Occasional courier delays can happen. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Size exchanges, replacements for damaged or wrong items, and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Exchange policy.

The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this website belong to Tts Store unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or strikes. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise any complaint with our grievance officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India where Tts Store is registered.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
